Once you place a bid, your price will go to advertisers where he/she has the freedom of agreeing or disagreeing to the price.  Process continues until the auction clock runs out or advertiser ends the bid. 

When the auction clock reaches to end, no more bids are received, the auction is over 

No. Seller can post and Ad without getting registered before posting an advertisement.  But, the website will automatically create a user account for you and the login details will be sent to your email address.

No. it is illegal to operate multiple accounts by single user. Our system monitors your IP address and MAC address. If you are found violating this rule, we will terminate your account permanently and your unused bids will be void.

Bid packs purchased by you are always yours. You can use them any time during promotion auctions. However, Bid packs are nontransferable and non-refundable. You must use the pack in promotion auctions only.
